Below we have brought together some of the new and old ways that art education is happening.

Each picture has a button and connects to a website or a youtube video that gives a little background into each idea. What speaks to you? What can you see yourself doing?

We are starting from where you feel excited to share with your neighbors and from there, build an information structure that will connect us to each other.
We want to do this with all our neighbors who are interested in the arts: from the babies to the elders. Imagine being able to walk to a class that spurs your creativity at each stage of your creative life.

What does a neighborhood art school look like? It looks like an in-person and online network of people teaching, learning, and making art in our neighborhood. A learning environment, a learning community.

This is a program in which you use an instrument to take a lesson. And after a certain amount of learning goals have been met, you keep the instrument.

NAS will curate a library of youtube videos for each medium. Imagine, for Fashion and Design, if there are a few videos on sewing, a few on sourcing fabrics, etc.
SKILLSHARE
NAS will have a subscription to Skillshare that is accessible to our community. Skillshare has a vast collection of online art and creativitiy courses.
MASTERCLASS
Similar to Skillshare, but with fancy people.
